A little preventative maintenance goes a long way and adds money back into your checkbook! And best of all its 100% FREE! Make sure to change your airfilter monthly. This allows air to pass easily over the coils and makes your A/C not work as hard. What this means to you? Lower electric bills. A/C filters are available in the office at any time. Do you hear water running, but the faucets are closed? It could be a leaky flapper in your toilet. ONE flapper leaking for ONE month can had thousands of gallons of useage onto your monthly bill. If you hear your toilet refilling and you haven’t flushed recently or if you hear a trickle...let us know immediately so a member of our maintenace team can do a "leak check". What this means for you? Lower water bills. Preventative mainteance is always free of charge.

| The countdown for many of our younger residents is on! Summer vacation is almost over and the school bell will soon be ringing! School supply lists are already out and most retailers already have supplies in abbundance. Our zoned schools are Pinewood Elementary, Anderson Middle, and Martin County High. If you have questions on needed booster shots, school start schedules or bus routes for Anderson, the Martin County School District website is full of information to returning and new students. www.martinschools.org |
